What changes when you travel as a group
A group stay is not an individual stay multiplied. The difficulties shift: finding accommodation that takes everyone in one place, synchronising arrivals, handling dietary requirements, supervising mixed ability levels, and having someone to call when something goes wrong at seven in the morning.
Sports club training camps
Andorra's altitude, between 1,000 and 2,100 metres in inhabited areas, matches the range sought for a training camp. We work with running, cycling, nordic skiing and triathlon clubs, and three things make the difference:
- Accommodation that accepts shifted meal times and equipment
- Training routes surveyed and mapped in advance
- Optional medical monitoring with assessment on arrival and control on departure
- A named contact reachable throughout the camp
School trips
Ski weeks require particular formalities: certificates, statutory supervision, insurance, and a complete administrative file for the institution. We prepare those documents with the teacher in charge. The proximity of Toulouse makes coach travel realistic for a week-long stay.
Family and association groups
The main issue is housing everyone together. Andorra has several large chalets and hotels available for exclusive use, which allows twenty to forty people under one roof — a rare configuration and hard to find on your own from abroad.

Eight people to qualify for group terms. Below that we treat the request as an individual stay, which is often more advantageous.
Do you organise school ski weeks?
Yes, including the administrative file for the institution: certificates, supervision, insurance. We prepare it with the teacher in charge.
Can the whole group stay in one place?
In most cases, yes. Andorra has several large chalets and hotels available for exclusive use, allowing twenty to forty people under one roof.
Do you offer medical monitoring for clubs?
As an option: biomechanical and cardiac assessment on arrival, control on departure, with our partner practitioners. Results belong to each athlete.
How far ahead should we book?
Two months for a standard group, four to six months for a school trip or a date during school holidays.
Is there a free place for group leaders?
It depends on group size and the accommodation chosen. We state it explicitly in the proposal rather than burying it in the overall price.
