For residents, whether permanently present or not. It covers administrative procedures, renewal deadlines, property management and everyday logistics. From €290 a month, no commitment, with a named contact who knows your file.

Why this service exists
Andorra is a small country where much is settled in person, in Catalan, during administrative opening hours. For someone not permanently on site, or newly arrived, that represents considerable time and a great many wasted journeys. A failed procedure often costs two weeks.
The arithmetic is simple: if you spend two days a month on paperwork and administrative trips, the subscription pays for itself mechanically — before counting the delays avoided.

What concierge service is not
It is neither a regulated letting-management mandate, nor a legal service, nor tax advice. We coordinate, we accompany, we carry out routine procedures. Legal and tax advice is delivered by our licensed Andorran partner firm, and regulated letting management by an authorised professional.
That distinction is not a stylistic precaution: it defines what we are entitled to do. A provider promising you tax advice without being a licensed firm exposes you as much as themselves.
Combining with a stay or a health programme
Visitor concierge combines well with a health programme. An extended summer stay can include assessments for the whole family without that structuring the holiday: examinations fit into two half-days, and the rest of the time stays holiday time.
Worth knowing: the subscription is taken out with no commitment and a first trial month. That is deliberate — a service like this is judged in use, not on a brochure.
