Organising a corporate retreat in Andorra
Andorra is rarely used for corporate events, and that is precisely its appeal: your teams have never been, the change of scene is real, and rates remain below equivalent Alpine destinations. The constraint is logistical — no airport — and it is handled with grouped transfers.
Formats that work
- Board meeting, 8 to 15 people, two to three days, 5-star hotel and private room
- Team retreat, 20 to 60 people, three days, alternating work and activities
- Annual convention, 60 to 150 people, congress centre and distributed accommodation
- Incentive, short and intensive, reward-focused rather than work-focused
When to come
May-June and September-October are the most favourable: hotels available, low rates, stable weather and outdoor activities workable. Winter also works, with the draw of skiing, but accommodation rates rise sharply during school holidays.
What the taxation changes
The 4.5% IGI applies to services bought locally, which mechanically reduces the accommodation, catering and room hire bill compared with an equivalent French or Spanish destination. The accounting treatment of those costs is a matter for your accountant, not for us.
The offer we alone can make
Pairing a retreat with full health assessments for the leadership team. The board works in the morning, sits its examinations in the afternoon, and leaves with an individual prevention plan. This is possible because we operate both the travel agency and the health division — no conventional events provider can assemble it.
Confidentiality
Participants' health data is strictly individual and is never communicated to the employer, whoever is paying. That is a rule without exception, set out in our medical charter.

How many people can you host?
From ten to a hundred and fifty. Beyond that, accommodation must be spread across several hotels, which remains feasible but needs more lead time.
Is there an airport in Andorra?
No. Participants arrive via Toulouse-Blagnac or Barcelona-El Prat, and we arrange grouped transfers by coach or shuttle depending on size.
When is the best period?
May-June and September-October: hotels available, low rates and outdoor activities workable. Winter also works, with higher rates during school holidays.
Can you really pair a retreat with health checks?
Yes, that is our specific offer. The board works in the morning and sits its examinations in the afternoon. Results are strictly individual and never passed to the employer.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three months for a standard format, four to six months for a convention over a hundred people or a high-season date.
